De espejos, santones y espectativas ¿De quién es el reflejo?

Llegó el prem trancitas a Sahaja, frente al parque México, luego de largo tiempo para meditar, de nueva cuenta anda en sus necedades, resulta que quiere poner un centro esotérico y rentar un aparato que según esto ordena el campo energético del cuerpo. Anda de insistente que me haga cargo de estas pendejadas. Luego dice que hay que anunciar la meditación dinámica para que lleguen más personas. La verdad son sus reflejos-espejos o imposibilidades. Le he dicho que fluya pero como es devoto de un santon cristiano, una verdadera estupidez, pues es imposible. El espacio de la meditación es perfecto en sí mismo, llega quien tiene que llegar y no llega quien no tiene que estar ahí, no hace falta hacer más cosas, o no hacerlas, el espacio es para los que deseén meditar.

Falta de sanidad o el gran ego oculto, pero ¿Qué es?

Una cosa es cierta y es que cada uno tiene su verdad y su camino, no se necesita drogarse para ser feliz o encontrarse, tampoco son necesarias orgías para satisfacer las frustraciones propias o de los otros. Y menos todavía engañar a otros para la autosatisfacción sexual. Todas las vías son verdaderas menos las producidas por el propio ego. Cada quién habla de sí mismo, y hay personas que necesitan mucha felicidad y amor pero solo ellas mismas pueden dárselo y no es con círculos de drogadictos pseudomeditadores que lo van a lograr, ese no es el camino como tampoco el de la violencia o la intriga. Porque ¿Cómo creerle a alguien que solo desea satisfacer sus impulsos sexuales en nombre del amor o la felicidad? No, solo hay que ser sinceros y no justificar en nombre de Osho las insanidades mentales. Eso no es terapia sino anti-terapia.

Se puede vomitar o solo meditar

...hoy llegué a Sahaja para prepararme para la meditación dinámica, y claro esperaba estar solo y cual fue mi sorpresa que llegarón varios dinamicosos. de entrada y como teníamos tiempo hicimos la nataraj, que son 40 minutos de baile a todo lo que das y luego 20 minutos de descanso. Con el humor que traía pues me la pasé gritando en la Nataraj con un jodido bloqueo en el tercer chakra. Conforme avanzó la música esta energía fue fluyendo y observe mi mente, si claro mi mente que no me dejaba en paz y me traia imagenes de trauma tras trauma, y ardides tras ardides. Al final todo salió y digo todo porque me agarro una vomitada de aquellas, bueno solo escupí saliba pero aquello me pareció interminable. En el descanso, que fué delicioso observé como fluia facilmente. Ya para cuando hicimos la dinámica fluí, y no fuí el único, y disfruté la meditación como pocas veces.

Los muertos, lo ardido, y ¿Qué es el valor?

...en este día tan raro, con eso de que es de muertos, me he puesto a observar lo que son las espectativas de los otros. Esas tonterías que cargamos todo el tiempo de lo que debemos llegar a ser o no ser. A veces es nuestra propia mente la que maneja estas demenciales ideas como el tener qu hacer tal cosa, el satisfacer las pendejada de los otros por un objetivo, etc. Y lo que resulta de tales acciones estupidas es el sentirse, en mi caso sentirme peor y vacío. Y una vida así pues nada nunca la llenará. He decidido dejar ya tanta pendejada que cargo encima. No me interesa más grados académicos, puestos adecuados a mi curriculum, y demás atrocidades. Adiós a tanta porquería. La vida es tal cual es, sin adjetivos, y además -como dice Osho - es una verdadera mentira o un drama. La verdad ando ardido porque una susodicha no me las presta, o me las dá que no es lo mismo. Parece que las nalgas ahora tienen precio simbólico. Y con eso de la hipótesis del valor decreciente que dice que mucho de algo pues pierde valor; luego entonces ha de pensar la y las susodichas que al darlas demasiado pues sus nalgas pierden valor.jajaja. Y en este caso es al reves: ganan valor. O no?

Y el feudalismo que?

Porque no declaran al tabaco como droga y la prohiben, y de paso tambien a todas las bebidas embriagantes, incluyendo a la cerveza, vinos y al cafe. Y también que se declaren drogas a todas las pastillas que venden en las farmacias, porque eso son: drogas.
Ante la imbecilidad de estos idiotas drogadictos de pastillas de farmacias protesto ante el acoso de las garantías individuales. Politicos retrasados mentales y puritanistas de mierda.

Los cambios son buenos, dicen. pues bien ahora por causas de fuerza mayor, ando haciendo la dinámica en Sahaja, un centro dirigido por Darhmesh. Al principio la hacía solo yo, ahora ya están llegando nuevos y viejos dinamicosos.

Me dice una amiga de Coyoacan que hay personas que se quedaron en el milenio pasado, se han cerrado, no fluyen ni quieren fluir porque eso les dá terror, ya que lo que piensan de sí mismos es una vil mentira; y lo saben en lo más profundo de ellos . Son los tradicionalistas y los conservadores que piensan como medievales.

Pues ya se me quitó el dolor, ahorora lo que tengo es enojo.

Sigo con el dolor en el pecho, o será tristeza del alma. En fin, solo queda observarlo y hacer anotaciones sobre el mismo; es decir una antología sobre el dolor: sus origenes, causas, situaciones y personas ligadas al mismo. Luego establecer el marco teorico y las hipotesis respectivas, así como discriminar las variables.
Todo esto claro solo para entretenerme.

Los cambios son la vida.

Las ultimas semanas han sido de verdad difíciles, he sentido un constante dolor o mejor dicho vacío en el pecho, como una gota gigante que aspira todo. La he estado observando; a veces disminuye y desaparece para luego cual fantasma aparecer de nuevo. Si me pregunto la razón de esto no la sé y no la quiero inventar ya que establecer razones solo es una parte de la mente. Es y sin adjetivos. Lo único que puedo hacer es fluir, intentar vivir el aquí y el ahora.

La dinámica esta muy buena, y digo también las dinamicosas, y por mi parte observo lo que siento. Por otro lado ya descubrí quien es Prem Swantastico -el que me escribió varios comentarios. Y bueno pronto pasará a ser un nuevo personaje de este blog.

Hay que revisar las cosas, resulta que en algunos sitios que dicen tener contacto con extraterrestres y siguen un plan llamado nesara solo resulta ser una propaganada de alucinados que no saben para quien trabajan; luego también están las pendejadas del encantamiento de sueño o calendario maya -bueno si, maya pero de ilusión -que lo inventaron, y me consta porque estuve en esa reunion, pero el seudo sacerdote que les dió la información era solo un aprendiz de brujo o mejor decir: un mayita cabrón y borracho o ladino. Bueno ahora estas pendejadas se utilizan y las utilizan para escalar socialmente o poder entrar a la "elite" mexicana. Para pendejos bastantitos, jajajaja.
Y no se crean, también Osho es utilizado por algunos para estos fines, ups.

O lo que es nefasto: simular que son de izquierda.

Sobre la meditación dinámica

Hay algo que me agrada mucho del Buda Jais, y es que dice lo que siente, hace lo que siente porque piensa igual. Esto a muchas dinamicosas les molesta, y es que de esa forma no pueden hacer un juego oculto. De eso se trata todo esto, ser, solo ser. No puedo decir lo mismo de muchas dinamicosas, como que tienen expectativas de lo que debe de ser o lo que no debe de ser.

La verdad mis espejeos son un asco, mantenerme en el centro me cuesta un huevo y parte del otro. Nunca pense que eso de mantenerse uno en su centro fuera tan dificil; y yo soy de las personas que les cuesta mucho lograrlo. Tengo una mente muy aguda, y junto a eso una pacheques natural. Ya me lo dijo una vez una ex que tuve en mis años universitarios -Eres pacheco natural -me dijo convencida. Si debo aceptarlo, mi cerebro produce lo suficiente para drogarse el mismo. De hecho de adolescente me gustaba hacer que mi cerebro produjera no se que sustancias -la sensación es como de algo que se mueve dentro de un vacio en medio del cerebro - y unos minutos despues me encontraba en otro estado de conciencia.

What is needed is to go forwards and learn some lesson from the past: so that, as scientific technology develops, simultaneously human consciousness should develop. And that will be the protection against technology being used as something harmful to mankind. My basic disagreement with Mahatma Gandhi has been this: that he was dragging humanity backwards.

Las primeras fotos del Zocalo esta mañana dadas a conocer, dicen los colaboradores de Spencer Tunick que fueron cerca de 20 mil personas. Lo que hay que reflexionar es que si hubiera sido un mitin del prd habrían dicho que eran cerca de un millon, como siempre afirman. Ahora podemos observar que la plaza, el cuadrado central está lleno. Así que por primera vez podemos calcular certeramente cuantas personas caben en la plaza. Y por lo visto los partidos políticos han inflado siempre la cifra. Eso sí, fueron más que en Barcelona. Vaya que manía tenemos los que habitamos en la Ciudad de México para mostrar nuestros genitales, jajaja.

Bueno así me siento y así me he sentido siempre. Y no es que no haya tenido muchas oportunidades, creo que tuve demasiadas y las tengo todavía. Pero había algo dentro de mí que me decía que ese no era el camino. En esencia era un miedo al exito, al poder; y claro también al fracazo. Bueno fracacé más veces y siempre me levanté. Y siempre buscaba vias alternas. No puedo decir que me la haya pasado mal, no nada de eso, me la pasé y me la paso hasta cierto punto bién. Pero ha surgido en mi un hartazgo de las cosas, del mundo, de sus juegos, de las maravillas que ofrece; por que hay que ser sinceros, ofrece realmente cosas maravillosas. Recuerdo una serie de ciencia ficción que se llamaba o llama Far scape; era una especie de Sci Fi gotica, y claro llena de seres realmente aterradores y de unas civilizaciones terribles. Pero había una parte en el inicio de la identificación de la serie que más o menos, según recuerdo, decía: "Pero estas maravillas no las conocerán". Claro las maravillas eran esa tecnología, esas civilizaciones, aquellos planetas, las naves organicas, y la ingeniería genética. Si es maravilloso pero me dice ya muy poco.

Building Bridges

Interview July 06 with Veeresh founder and president of the Osho Humaniversity, an international training center in Egmond aan Zee, the Netherlands.

Veeresh has been visiting the Osho International Meditation Resort for over thirty years. Born in New York, he is the founder director of the Osho Humaniversity in Holland, and the founder of Humaniversity Therapy. He is also the creator of the AUM, the longest-running evening event in the Resort. In February he and his friends will be offering a one-month program in the Multiversity.

What is Humaniversity Therapy?

It’s an accumulation of 67 years of life experience.

A big turning point in my life was entering a therapeutic community in New York where the main approach was Encounter. Simply stated, Encounter uses projection to create clear communication with the other and finally, clear communication with yourself.

It is a strong confrontation to look at what you’re doing on the outside, because it’s who you are inside. You can use any situation to ask, "Who are you now?" You could call it awareness.

Social interaction is the basis of Humaniversity Therapy – using the other person like a mirror. If you look at the AUM meditation, it’s interpersonal communication all the time. Then you can say, "Oh, I understand who I am inside."

One of the beauties I see about Humaniversity Therapy is that I insist that we use anything that works. We have a martial arts school where we learn Hap Ki Do, Kung Fu and Ninja approaches. We have Shamanism and Aura Soma. We have people coming who do energy work in the house. They say, "This area has to be cleaned of negative energy." In my mind I’m saying, "This sounds kind of ridiculous, but why not? Let’s do some ritual and throw some water and plant some crystals in the ground."

If it can bring some awareness of who you are, I’ll use it. I’m always open. We’re not one clear approach; we’re a multi-approach. We are based in Encounter, using the other to discover who you are, and anything else that works. Primal works, laughing works, martial arts…. That’s what I teach my therapists.

What makes a Humaniversity therapist?

A Humaniversity therapist has to love himself and other people. In his heart, he wants to give. He cares so much that he’s not willing to give up on anybody. More than that, he is open to being friends.

I myself underwent therapy for fourteen years, and I felt like I was being looked at under a microscope and the therapists were trying to treat me. I felt that they didn’t really care. I was part of a case load. That’s not what I want from my therapists. Humaniversity therapists have the most friends in the world because they don’t stop at treatment. After the treatment, the groups, the process, they’re open to be friends.

I don’t give up on people. I get angry and I get frustrated, but I will really try with everything I know because that’s what I’ve always really wanted for myself – someone who would not give up on me. I get frustrated because I want to reach everyone, but I know it’s not possible. Sometimes people are not ready, and there will be other times….

If a therapist does not appreciate the person who’s going through the process, I go bananas. People come and they put themselves in our hands. We have to give them everything. If a therapist doesn’t do that, I get very upset. It doesn’t matter if they make a technical mistake; what’s important is that in their hearts they’re looking at who they’re working with. We want to make sure that every person gets the best we have. If I find out that somebody has left a group, I get really upset. It means that somewhere on our part we missed. I don’t want that to happen.

Humaniversity therapists have to look at themselves so that they can say, "Hey, I’ve been there. I can take you as far as I’ve gone." So they have to look at themselves continuously. I want the staff to be open to learning more, and discovering more about themselves. That’s important for their professional development. They have to keep looking because there’s so much more to learn.

When Osho said to me, "I want you to train the best therapists in the world," I was shocked. I said, "If that’s what you want, I’ll do my best." So I want my therapists to be the best – the best in that they look at themselves, and they really help other people.

Today I see what he was talking about in a broader sense – because not everybody’s going to be a therapist. I understand that it means bringing out the best in everyone, to help people to discover their potential, their greatness, their beauty…it’s about who you are.

This year you’re going to do a long program in Pune.

When Osho came back to India after his world tour, he asked me and the Humaniversity to be affiliated with the Meditation Resort. He asked me to create a bridge between our work and the Osho Multiversity in Pune. I thought about it for years. Why would he want that? Then I tried to see it from his viewpoint, and I thought, "Well if he asked me, he knew I would do it."

Now I’m doing it; there’s going be a definite connection. I want our therapists to come to Pune, and Pune therapists to come to the Humaniversity. He wanted that bridge from East to West.

The timing is right. I asked if we can do an Osho Humaniversity program in the Resort and I’m excited that the Multiversity said yes. That’s the best news I can bring back to my community in Holland.

Your work is characterized by deep emotional release processes, late nights, unpredictability, and intense social interaction. How does this support people in daily life?

For many years, after my groups I would tell participants, "Don’t make major life decisions now. You need some time to integrate, to let it settle in before you make any decisions that are important for you." It’s all changed for me now. People come to groups and they go through the deep emotional processes that I insist they go through, and I tell them, "When you go home, make your life decisions now! If your relationship is not working and you’ve tried everything possible, change it. If you’re not happy with your job, get another job. Whatever’s not going right in your life, don’t wait. You might slip on a banana and die tomorrow. So you better change now!"

Their life gets turned upside down, but I know something good will happen. Before, I was trying to be very careful. Now, in the beginning it looks like chaos. But then later people tell me, "I’m happy that I did change. I’m happy I did what I needed to do." In the long run I know it makes them happy if they really do what they want to do in their life.

It’s not enough to have people go through a group and say, "Oh! I understand!" They have to apply it. I insist on it. If it’s not applicable outside, then the therapy doesn’t work. I don’t want people to go home and do the same things over again. No! I want them to take what they learn from the group and use it. If not, people keep going from group to group looking for the big bang. I want them to apply it back home. That’s important.

You’re an artist and a designer, you’re a music producer, a rapper, the author of new therapeutic processes. What’s the secret of your creativity?

The secret is that I’m in love with everything I see that’s beautiful. I try to reproduce it in my painting and my music. I’m in love with being a child.

I remember once when I was very small, my father was in the living room and I wanted attention. I drew what I saw in a magazine, and I painted it. Then I showed it to him, and he kept it! I was so proud that he liked it. That was the first time I did anything creative. I did it for him, and he was so happy.

When I was eighteen, I was accepted by the Art Institute of Chicago. I was so excited! I remember telling my mother and she said, "You know you can’t make any money being an artist." So I dropped it. And now at the Humaniversity I’ve made up for it.

It doesn’t matter what the medium is. I love designing, whether it’s clothes, or a garden, or the way the dining room is set up. I can spend hours painting and when I paint, I get lost. I look at a blank canvas and it’s a challenge to project what I’m feeling. I get so much pleasure painting, making music, designing, making the Humaniversity beautiful. It’s so fulfilling for me. I love harmony and beauty…that things are set up well. What’s the secret? It’s in my heart. It was always there.

You could be doing so many different things. What is it that keeps you working with strong emotions?

One of my favorite quotations from Osho reflects why I work the way I do. "Feel more rather than thinking. Through your feelings, your prayer will arise, and through feelings you will dissolve one day. When you are dissolved, god is." That is the basis of why I do all this work with feelings. If I feel what I’m doing, things work. If I think too much, I get a bit lost.

I know that emotional catharsis frees you up so that then you can appreciate being aware of who you are. I’ve always worked that way. I try to do seminars, and I end up doing an experiential seminar. Some people just want to write notes about my methods and techniques. That’s not me. I’m a feeling person; I know that when people feel, it makes them who they are.

I’m a heart person and I know I can touch people…bring them into their hearts. There’s so much there for them. If you look on the internet you can get information forever, but to teach people to be heartful – to me that means becoming a human being. That’s why I’ve always worked on an emotional level. Then I try to integrate the mind after they’ve discovered who they are in their bodies and their hearts.

Narra Shunyo en su libro " Mis días de diamante con Osho" la manipulación que realizó Sheela en Rajneeshpuram. un síntoma de la enfermedad del poder fue que se meditaba muy poco, claro a comparación de la primera Puna. Luego fue el trabajo, la meditación dejería de ser lo principal en las vidas de los sannyasins de Rajneshpuram para sustituirlo por el trabajo. Mala decisión.
Narra también que cuando Osho rompió el silencio hablo de la rebelión, en contra de la obediencia, de la libertad y la responsabilidad.

Nota a la entrada de un centro de meditación: Entra pero deja afuera tu pasado, no nos interesa lo que haces, el puesto que tienes, si eres rico o pobre, o si tienes doctorados o eres analfabeta. Lo que nos interesa es saber quién eres realmente.

Buddha Field -Los Cabos
Diciembre fue extraordinario, la existencia me permitió ofrecer y guiar un Osho Meditation Camp en Los Cabos (Baja California Sur). Y sobre todo gracias a mi queridisima Cristina Dominguez quién con su amor realizó toda la logística.
El Osho Meditation Camp tuvo lugar en un lugar extraordinario que fue el Hotel West Regina; las personas que asistieron fueron de lo más receptivas, se abrieron a la existencia en una atmosfera de amor, comprensión y respeto a lo que es "encontrar" el ser interior. Sorprendente fue su transformación -algunas de ellas nunca habían meditado y fue una experiencia sublime para sus vidas.

La atmosfera del West Regina, con sus carritos para llevarnos de un lugar a otro del hotel; las personas que nos ayudaron en la instalación del sonido, los encargados de la gerencia que estuvieron siempre atentos a lo que se nos podía ofrecer; el sonido de las olas al quebrarse a lo lejos... Todo esto que la existencia regaló para realizar este hermoso Osho Meditation Camp - Los Cabos.



Aunado e esto se me brindó la oportunidad de visitar las hermosas playas de San José del Cabo y de Bucear en Cabo San Lucas. Ver el pueblo mágico de Todos Santos, -en donde conocí a un verdadero maestro y artesano de la alquimia de las plantas: Don Heri - quien se dedica a cultivar las verdaderas orquideas susurrantes, flores iluminadas y de gran energía. Heriberto además de pintar y dibujar mantiene una relación muy estrecha, personal y especial con la kabala del cosmos con su Fundación del Corazón.
